Ultrasonic Converter Booster

(Available in Titanium, High-Strength MS, and Aluminium | 15kHz, 18kHz & 20kHz)

The Ultrasonic Converter Booster is a critical component in ultrasonic welding and processing systems. Designed to convert and amplify high-frequency electrical signals into powerful ultrasonic vibrations, this device plays a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and precise ultrasonic energy for a wide range of industrial applications.

How It Works:

Signal Conversion

The booster receives high-frequency electrical energy from the ultrasonic generator. This energy is directed to the piezoelectric converter, which transforms it into mechanical vibrations.

Amplitude Boosting
The booster amplifies the mechanical vibrations generated by the converter. These amplified ultrasonic waves are then transferred to the horn or sonotrode for application-specific welding, cutting, or bonding.

Energy Transmission
Designed with precision, the booster ensures efficient and stable energy transfer while maintaining smooth and consistent vibration throughout its operation.
